Supervisor Elsbernd was appointed August 2004 for term January 2005 to January 2009. Supervisor Elsbernd was elected November 2008 for term January 2009 to January 2013. Supervisor Elsbernd is Chair of the City Operations & Neighborhood Services Committee, Vice Chair of the Government Audit & Oversight Committee and a member of the Transportation Authority Board.
