Small Business Issues Forum

The Small Business Issues Forum provides a monthly venue for small business owners to meet, share information and educate one another. The central focus is on issues pertinent to operating, maintaining and growing a small business in San Francisco. All small business owners who are Chamber members are invited to attend to discuss their concerns.
August Topic:
Community Leadership for Business Results
Chamber Members will learn how to leverage their business acumen and professional engagement to create significant value by serving as community leaders with nonprofit and civic organizations in San Francisco. Participants will consider opportunities to get involved, pragmatic approaches for making contributions, and ways to define results. A list of resources and recommended readings will be provided.
Presenter
Jonathan Alloy is Vice President and Product Manager at Wells Fargo Bank and Vice Chair of San Francisco’s Citizens General Obligation Bond Oversight Committee. Alloy is a California Connections Fellow, past President of Noe Valley Farmers’ Market and has completed Leadership San Francisco. Alloy holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and lives with his family in San Francisco.
The Small Business Issues Forum meets from 12 – 1:30 pm every first Wednesday of the month in the Chamber Bay Room. Attendees are invited to bring lunch.
