Small Business Issues Forum
Wednesday, July 11
12-1:30 pm
The Small Business Issues Forum provides a monthly venue for small business owners to meet, share information and educate one another. The central focus is on issues pertinent to operating, maintaining and growing a small business in San Francisco. All small business owners who are Chamber members are invited to attend to discuss their concerns.
July Topic:
Join Robert P. Gates, Attorney at Law and William H. Wilson, Senior Broker Associate with Tri Commercial for a discussion on the hazards of finding lease space for small firms in San Francisco. The task of leasing space in San Francisco today can be daunting. Partly, it is just finding space in this market but finding space and making a suitable lease are two different things. Most leases favor landlords! This seminar will highlight sources of space and point out important clauses to negotiate.
The Small Business Issues Forum meets from 12 – 1:30 pm every first Wednesday of the month in the Chamber Bay Room. Attendees are invited to bring lunch.
This is a free event for Chamber members. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP by registering online. For questions or further information please contact Lydia Hernried (415) 352-8841, lhernried@sfchamber.com
