Event Description:

Cost:

$3,500 per person based on double occupancy
$3,800 per person based on single occupancy

Tour price includes:

  • Coordination of a full-time daily program that includes educational exchanges between musicians, artists, dance, and religion.
  • Visits with some of Havana’s most famous artists in their private home studios
  • 8 nights of accommodation on executive floors in 5-star Hotel Nacional or Melia Cohiba
  • 8 breakfasts, 8 dinners, 1 lunch
  • Visit to the, Rum Museum, Fine Arts Museum, Morro Castle, Revolution Museum, Hemingway Historic site
  • Day Trip to Vinales in the Las Terrazas region
  • Transportation by luxury air-conditioned motor coach and local guide
  • Round-trip air transportation from Los Angeles, CA to Havana, Cuba
  • Pre-departure briefing
  • English-speaking tour guide
  • Travel license, visa and health insurance (copies of these documents will be included in your final travel documents)
  • Exciting evening activities including a private evening concert w/famous Cuban musician such as Carlos Varela and one of the best dance shows in Havana, Tropicana

  • Passport
  • Trip cancellation and interruption insurance
  • Checked baggage fees and airport taxes ($25 CUC)
  • Transportation to the departure point (Los Angeles, CA)

  • Cover charges at evening activities (Jazz Café)

Detailed Itinerary

Travel Documents and Deposit
Each traveler must submit the following to complete their reservation:

  • A copy of the front page of their passport (scanned color copy preferred)
  • Flight Reservation Form (only complete the basic contact information fields)
  • Travel Affidavit
  • CBB Travel Information Sheet/Liability Waiver
  • $500 deposit/per person (non-refundable) due at time of registration. Deadline is Feb. 27th.

Payments and travel documents should be submitted to the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, Attn: Cuba Trip, 235 Montgomery Street, 12th Flr., San Francisco CA, 94104. Make the checks payable to the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Registration deadline is Monday, Feb. 27, 2012. Final payment is due Friday, March 9, 2012.
